1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any G4Mind application ("the App" or "our Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Apps.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and G4Mind ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Apps constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

G4Mind provides brain training and puzzle games designed to enhance cognitive abilities through engaging gameplay. Our Apps include:

• Litera: A letter-based puzzle game combining strategy and alphabet progression
• Additional brain training games (to be released)
• Associated features such as progress tracking, achievements, and leaderboards

3. License and Usage Rights

3.1 License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps on your iOS devices for personal, non-commercial use.

3.2 Usage Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Apps
• Use the Apps for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Attempt to disable or circumvent any security features
• Use the Apps in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account

4. User Conduct

When using our Apps, you agree to:

• Use the Apps in accordance with their intended purpose
• Respect the intellectual property rights of G4Mind and third parties
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Apps or servers
• Not use automated systems or bots to interact with the Apps

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our Apps, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of G4Mind and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Third-Party Content

Our Apps may include third-party content, including advertisements provided by Unity Ads. Such content remains the property of their respective owners and is used under appropriate licenses.

6. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Third-Party Services

7.1 Unity Ads

Our Apps integrate Unity Ads to provide advertising content. Unity Ads operates under separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for Unity Ads' practices or policies.

7.2 Apple Game Center

Some features may integrate with Apple Game Center. Use of Game Center is subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

8. App Store Terms

Our Apps are distributed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions. In case of conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail regarding your relationship with Apple.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 "As Is" Basis

Our Apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Apps.

9.2 No Medical Claims

While our Apps are designed to provide mental stimulation and entertainment, we make no medical or therapeutic claims. Our Apps are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, G4Mind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Apps.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless G4Mind from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Apps or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your use of our Apps at any time by uninstalling them from your devices.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Apps immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

12. Updates and Changes

We may update our Apps from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We may also modify these Terms as needed. Continued use of the Apps after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Geographic Restrictions

Our Apps are intended for worldwide use, but we make no representation that the Apps are appropriate or available for use in all locations. Users are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original provision.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and G4Mind regarding the use of our Apps and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
